I earned a B.S. in Neuroscience from NYU, where I worked in the lab of Elizabeth Phelps studying human behavior and neuroeconomics. I then went on to become a doctor at NYU School of Medicine and Stern School of Business, where I earned a combined MD/MBA degree in 5 years with specializations in corporate finance and leadership.
With 10+ years working in highly recognized restaurants in NYC (Hearth Restaurant and Terroir Wine Bar) and St. Paul (WA Frost, Pazzaluna), hospitality is in my blood. I'm certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers and believe strongly in the health benefits (physical and mental) of wine and leading a balanced life with the ones you love.

You know what they say: "Abs are made in the kitchen," and "No workout routine can make up for unhealthy eating." Not only do I have years of experience creating tailored nutrition programs for weight loss and controlling disease, I'm certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and personal trainer.
